I read about this first from Tim Ferriss, but the reviews here weren't quite as generous, so I did not buy any. However, there were some free samples at work. After an hour or so of trying it, I felt a calmness and focus which I have not had on other nootropics /enhancers that I have tried. For example, caffeine usually leaves me jittery and stronger items, whilst being very effective had certain side effects (irritability etc). On this coffee, I also found myself much more reflective, being able to think more before I speak (my partner appreciated this).Do not expect this to taste like your finest roast and ground coffee, it is not bullet proof (which I used to love until they stopped shipping to the UK), it tastes more like your average instant Nescafe. If it wasn't for the benefits, then I would not drink it.For nearly £1 a coffee it is expensive... but relatively.. a bag of roast and ground would be around 20p vs a starbucks £3. So it depends on what you compare it with. Personally, I have forgone the Pret Latte and have one of these and bought a good coffee pod machine to compliment it.Overall, this may or may not work for everyone (people are built differently), but it is worth trying (it would be nice if they did smaller 'sample' packs.)

A bog standard cup has approximately 100mg of caffiene... i regularly add an espresso shot so my 'regular' coffee is 200mg..50mg is not enough at all in a single cup. I can see me adding this to my regular instant coffee to make up my 200mg.., or taking a pro plus after it but it's not enough alone to wake you up.Taste - no problem, like any other coffeeEffect - I was thinking clearer with it alone however i was still too tired to execute the thing i was thinking clearer about due to tiredness so whats the point. I was more concentrated thoughValue for Money - from someone who buys coffee at work, £7.76/10 cups = this works out to 0.70p, thats quite good value. It's cheaper than buying the Four Sigmatic Focus Blend which is sans coffee that works out to 0.99/serving. So I guess buying this and adding it to my coffee until the focus blend gets cheaper will suffice for nowSo do with that what you will.For me - i'm going to chug my energy drink, we'll see how things go, maybe i'll update this review

This coffee tastes better than I expected. Doesn't taste of mushrooms but more like a cheaper instant coffee.I have been drinking for about a week now, one cup in the mornings, and apart from a caffeine withdrawal headache on the first day I have felt no different.I will try for a longer time, but it is very expensive and I'm now considering a supplement instead for a stronger dose.

Tim Ferris plugs these on his podcast as being amazing for concentration and creativity and eventually I thought I would give them a go. It was a smaller box than shown but had the 10 packs of coffee in so no issue. It tastes slightly earthy (is mushroom after all) but generally tastes like a cup of coffee. As for the concentration benefits I found it did seem to work. While I did not feel any different I did find I got a ton of computer based admin tasks done that had been on my to do list for a while each time I drank this. The effects (or at least perceived effects or productivity momentum) seemed to last for a good few hours until the end of my work day.

Really enjoy as is, whicb is not so much woth normal Coffee, as i use milk and stevia.. The more impressive part is the cognative advantages, got several small DIY JOBS, that had been avoided done and before 10 am.. Much to upstairs' dismay, whT with the with the 08:30 start. On a sunday haha. Buying in bulk as daily has improved my mood and motivation, much better value, however worth single sachets for on the go and to try.. I have ADHD and this has made me so more productive.. Highly recommend product.

Unfortunately I did not like the taste of tgif at all. It doesn’t take like coffee even though it has actual coffee in it. Although I am a coffee snob and don’t usually drink instant.
