Can you use this in a recipe calling for Elderflower Liqueur?

Yes you can. This one is a concentrate. They do Elderflower with alcohol in Total Wines but I chose not to use this in my baking.

Is this the same thing as elderflower liqueur?

No; this is nonalcoholic mixer. Nice lemony flower flavor. I am using for baking
