Top notch portable grinder!
I love it. This is a type of tool that I use daily. Kind of tool I have used for over 30 years. As a kid I had a corded Dremel tool, was never happy with it. Then I upgraded to a Foredom flexshaft, a tool used by professionals, mine is over 30 years old and still going strong. I have dental lab grade micromotors, which is essentially what this is, is a micromotor. So I would consider myself fairly critical in judging a tool like this. I have been searching for a cordless model with decent torque and good battery life. Something with replaceable batteries or ability to run while being charged. For me, this tool is about as good as it gets. I bought the 3 piece set of tools and like this tool so much I bought a second, so I could have 2 different bits loaded at the same time. If you are looking for real torque, skip a tool like this and get a real flexshaft. These motors rely on speed. Having said that, this thing has great torque for this type of tool. I have used it to grind out hundreds of rivets, of assorted metals, from old metal boxes with no problems. I have skinny fingers and wear large size gloves and can hold this like a pencil, not completely comfortably, but easily. This tool is also compatible with Dremel type of accessories like the grinding shields. The battery life is more than acceptable. While capable of doing detail work, too big for regular, prolonged detail work.Other comments: They cheapen it a little bit in my opinion, by including only 1 aluminum collet, it should come with at least 3 brass collets. If you are new at getting a tool like this, get a real set of accessories to get the most out of it. If you are just starting out crafting, this would be a good multi-functional rotary tool to get. I have many, various types of rotary tools of all levels of quality, and this is favorite battery model I have tried. My favorites are my Foredom flexshaft for torque at the bench, my pro grade vintage micromotor for detail work/carving and now this that I use for everything else.

Excellent tool for small Woodcarvings
I do small Bark Carvings, and this rotary Tool is very easy to handle and there are quite a number of bits for it on Amaxon.
