Certainly made my sermon interesting!
I hate sparklers! (the outdoor ones, anyway). So, when I was asked to preach on 5th November about life, death and remembrance, the last thing I wanted was sparklers. Unfortunately, Beloved Vicar asked me to keep the sermon 'short and sparkly', so this seemed to be the perfect pun. Explaining that we can't hide a light in darkness, only in a brighter light was made simple by lighting a candle, followed by a sparkler, followed by a cake fountain. Job done. Actually, these aren't particularly scary. The heat from them wasn't enough to ignite a chain of them (trust me, the infectiousness of light and life was going to be my next point). The risk assessment says yes.

Very poor product
The dimensions in description are all wrong.Shaft is metal not plastic as described; (good thing too!)Overall length 100mm, sparkle paste half that 50mm to 60mm. Each item approx. 2mm thick.Container they arrived in has label ripped off and is just a card tube with plastic ends; rammed on squashing sparklers and bending them. needed to be longer.Only plus I got an extra sparkler but this was bent at an angle; only safe if stuck in clay so writing name in dark a big no no! NOT FOR THE YOUNG OR INFIRM. Instructions on label unreadable; lucky I know how to handle them, some might not.NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!

They’re very small, took a bit of lighting. They’re fine for a quick sparkle.

Disappointing. Very small and short lived!
Soo small! I hadn't read the reviews so my fault but was expecting something much larger! Some of the coating had chipped off a few of the sparklers so they stopped sparkling very quickly! Didn't fit safely in the holder either very wobbly. I've reordered larger ones!
