A geat bath toy, really packs in the fun
I always wonder why there are so few bath toys on the market. Boats are a staple of the bath-time fun but this is probably the best one I've come across. The boat has two people, a dolphin, and a removable diving platform. The boat flips open to reveal a lower deck with a fishing area. The diving platform can sit in this, although my children usually have it on the side of the bath. The platform is great, you place on of the people on it, push a satisfying little button and the figure dives brilliantly. A lot of these sort of toys just don't live up to expectations (remember the "diving" man from the old Mousetrap game - did anyone ever get him to dive successfully?). The boat also doubles as a jug which pours water from a spout at the prow. With the wealth of detail to explore it keeps my 2 year old entertained. The combination of characters and sticker pictures on the boat gives my 4 year old plenty of scope for his imagination to build narratives with.A great long lasting toy. Highly recommended.

Everyone loves these toys
They last forever, they don't go moldy, they float, or sink if you want them to. There's a little tea set and a removable diving board that form the basis of a surprising number of imaginative games. You can throw this thing at a tiled floor and it won't break. Very popular bathtime toy.

A SPLASHING SUCCESS!!
I bought this for my 2 year old Grandson and he has had fantastic fun with it. Its bright and colourful, and seems to be sturdy with no bits falling off when little fingers push them in the wrong direction! It is also teaching him timing and co-ordination skills. The only thing I would point out is that it is far better suited to the bath than the floor, as the main attraction is the boat bobbing in the water and the figures and dolphin being made to splash around, but all in all a really good buy.

Fantastic toy!
I bought this for my nephew for Christmas, he absolutely loves it! My sister has informed me he grabs this toy everytime it's bath time, even now, 7 months later. This is unusal as children tend to get bored of toys very quickly. He loves the diving element to it, and it seems to hold his attention for ages. It is very robust, having gone through some serious bashing. My sister is very impressed with me and very pleased I bought it, I definately recommend this, if you have a one/two year old to buy a gift for.

My Daughter Loves This Toy
I bought this toy for my 9 month old baby - and she loves playing with it. There are no batteries required which is great - once you have bought the toy - there is no further outlay. My daughter is far too you to use the toy as an adventure, but never the less, she loves spending time in the bath and playing with the bits and bobs.I can see this lasting her for years to come. And at just under £11 - a real bargain.Highly recommended.

More like a submarine than a boat....
I've bought a few Wow Toys products before and generally been pretty pleased, this one... not so much.Firstly I bought it on sale for £7, about half it's normal price. If I'd paid more than £14 for it I'd have been a little annoyed.Secondly, my 4yo son liked it and played with it in the bath for about an 45 minutes. So what's the problem? Well, as many critical reviewers have already noted, the boat gets swamped very easily when my son plays with it, so it fills with water and sinks under the water. It's natural position seems to be pointing about 45 degrees upwards with the bow just beneath the water and the stern a few inches deeper. It sinks because the water scoop pouring "feature" lets water in too easily and it sinks. To me this seems "pour" design [excuse the pun]. In contrast, I haven't noticed this with the Green Toys Tugboat which is very similar in concept but doesn't sink all the time in the same way.So for £7 it's not too bad for a "one-hit wonder"; but because of it's poor design I doubt it has much staying power.
