Registration Marks not recognized? I finally got it o recognize my phone and bring in the image but now it refuses to print saying Registration fail"

Try shining a light at the registration marks, sometimes the machine simply can't see the marks.

Will this work with the free/basic software?

I haven't actually used it. (life happened and it's been shelved for a while yet_ I've searched on google and videos on Youtube and that's all I can say. It appears to work with the free app.

Has anyone tried this mat with a Silhouette SD? The Silhouette website does not say that it works, but if I am using current Studio Design software?

Will it fit completely on an 11x17 flat bed scanner?

My PicScan matt is 7.5 X 11.5 inches. Mine fits on my scanner on my HP 7250 Printer/Scanner.
