can they be used in aquariums

I agree. I have 3 in my aquariums. They have a suction cup that keeps them positioned to hide my heaters. They can collect algae, but so does everything. Easy to remove and wash in old tank water.

Can they be used in a large tropical fish tank ? I have been given some terrarium decoration plants but not sure if it`s safe to use them ? ?

I personally wouldn't due to the risk of dye running. I only use these for reptiles in a dry environment.

Is this ok for a leopard gecko?

Yes. It is decorative and adds interest to the inviroment.

Is this product heat resistant?

I have used in a snake enclosure and fish tank. Perfectly fine in both. I would not put directly under a heat lamp but close to it has been fine. Hope this helps
