These worked ok. They do the job just in a little uncomfortable way.

If you have a pair of shoes that are rubbing your heels, these are great to have. The pads are thick so they could make your shoes a little tighter, but if your shoes are rubbing they are generally a little loose to begin with. They're easy to apply - just a sticky back. The price was great for helping to make uncomfortable shoes comfortable.

I was excited to try these pads for my sneakers that run just a little big, but unfortunately, they didn’t work for me. After more than a week of testing, I found that they tend to stick to my socks more than staying in my shoes.They also didn’t add much extra cushion, and my shoes still slip sometimes when I walk. I’m usually a size 5.5, sometimes 5.5 wide, and this was for the wide 5.5 pair—which still feels a bit too big. Really wanted them to work, but they just didn’t.

Must buy !!! These helped. Me and my daughter wear our flats with so much comfort. As we all know The backs of those shoes will tear your heel up .I wish I had these and placed them in prior to the first wear- I will definitely buy more and recommend to anyone and will always put them in from day one !!

I had some shoes about to ross out because they were too wide and these lil stick backs were perfect! Very durable for dress and sneakers. I'm glad it came in a variety of colors. I would recommend these,they made me keep my shoes and saved my heel on my sneakers. Easy to put on,peel and place=done.

So-so in use. I’d find something else to make loose shoes not be so loose.

These are nice quality but the stickiness was okay and while they are cushiony at first that goes away very fast. For me they did not work on the specific shoe I bought them for.
