Very comfortable
Love this carrier, doesn't make my back hurt like other big brands. Very supportive and comfortable my daughter loves being carried in this

Easy to use
Once you know how to put the carrier on, then it’s super easy every time. I’d be lost without this, the only place baby sleeps in the day time!

Really supportive carrier - even for my massive baby
Had several carriers given to us, and none of them were supportive enough for our xl baby. He was bobbling all over the place and my back was breaking. This one is a million times better. Put on correctly my back doesn't hurt anymore (and he weighs over 12kg already) and he sits comfortably, without dangling by my knees! The back buckle is probably fiddly for some to connect, but you get used to it.

Great carrier just hard to put on yourself
Great little carrier which sturdy straps and comfortable seat for my little one. I like how versatile it is and also doesn't hurt my back. It is however quite difficult to clip the back strap yourself. So you either need to have flexibility in your shoulders that will allow you to do this or ask someone for help. I would recommend doing it while seated so your baby is not going to fall out while you're messing about with the back strap. I haven't tried to carry my baby on my back yet so can't speak about the comfort of that option but I would guess you will also need someone's assistance to put the baby in for you.

Amazing purchase and worth the money.
Decided I would spend a little more on my carrier. My son Loves being front facing and the other 2 carriers i had been through had started to hurt my back and he was now uncomfortable. I am so glad I spend that bit more. He is 10 mo the old and I can barely feel he’s on me. It’s so easy to use. I’m not really sure how people are saying otherwise. It was the only thing putting me off this purchase initially. My son is very wriggly and I don’t struggle at all. Just reach overhead to clip the backstrap. Best product and I’d happily pay double for it.

Excellent choice!
It's the best baby carrier! When our baby was born we bought the Original Ergobaby with the Insert. We did not like the material and at the first wash the color faded and retained lint. My wife also started to feel pain in the back with the Original model, because it does not have support in the lumbar. When the summer arrived the Ergobaby Original began to warm our daughter who was sweating. We decided to change for the Ergobaby 360 ° Cool Air. We just loved it! The quality is much bigger, it is more comfortable for our baby and for the parents, it has support in the lumbar and it allows ventilation.

Comfortable but fiddly
I was using a different brands baby carrier which caused me all of pain after a-lot of research I discovered ergobaby it is on the pricey side but is very comfortable to wear especially near the back and waist- it is a bit fiddly at first to work out what all the straps do but you get the hang of it

Best in the market. Buy it.
A great product. Really highly recommend. Gone are the days of bad backs from using a Baby Bjorn. This has loads of positives:- Puts vast majority of weight on your hips- comfortably around the shoulders and no back strain at all- lightweight material great for use in summer or warmer climates. But fine in winter with baby in a snow suit.- packs up really small- allows baby to face forward and back on the front and then when a bit older can be used as a back packI did loads of research and compared other brands. This ticks every box and is the must buy in the market place
