Great build and design, sturdy and easy to assemble (20 secs on your own)
Bought the cot with additional mattress and soft fitted sheet (x2 in the pack) - as recommended by Amazon bundle. Superb design. Really sturdy and great quality. The German's really know how to design and build stuff!! Needed the thicker, separate mattress though for added comfort for the little one. This is perfect for small homes, flats or travel where you need to put it up and away every day or so. Also a great playpen with plenty of room (for sleep or play). Can't recommend it highly enough. Last thing: Assembly is - short sides, raise and lock in place first, long sides raise and lock in place second and push the middle section down to lock it all in place. Reverse to dis-assemble (press buttons indicated on the sides). I did the opposite at the start and took forever to figure it out. Once realising my stupidity I could assemble and dis-assemble it in just over 10 seconds!!! Amazing value for money.

Good travel cot
This is a nice sturdy travel cot which is not difficult to assemble. It is quite big so not for you if you have limited space, although it is surprisingly light. I did get another mattress as the base is quite thin. Beware when you are looking at this product on the website that only the cot in moonlight and kiwi (blue and green!)comes with the basinette attatchement. The cot in the other colours does not, even though all the colours are on the same section of the website. I initially bought one of the other colours and had to exchange it. Amazon should separate the one with the basinette as a different product. The travel cot is working really well for us. We wanted to use it as an everyday cot in the short term for one of our twins rather than buying a second wooden cot and it is comfortable and has plenty of space for the future too when we do use it as a travel cot. I am pleased we have the basinette feature as it is saving a lot of bending down.

A Really Excellent Travel Cot
I bought this for when my granddaughter comes to stay. I had read reviews, some of which said it was difficult to assemble and dis-assemble, but it was simplicity itself - when unfolded it almost assembles itself and just read the instructions on how to dis-assemble. When assembled it is very strong, rigid, and stable. It is standard cot size so doesn't take up too much room like some that try to double as full size play pens. Not expensive but the quality looks good and no reason to believe it won't be durable.I am glad I bought this item.Repeat: Read the instructions for dis-assembly - don't force it.

A great travel cot that is easy to assemble and great for both fairly young babies to slightly older ones
We purchased this based on most of the previous reviews being very useful and it was a highly rated item. Our baby is 3 months old at the moment and average in terms of height and weight. The cot itself was extremely easy to assemble and you in essence take it out of the bag, place it on the ground, pull up the four edges and then push down on the base in the middle. It took about 2 minutes to assemble from out of the bag and from there you simply put the mattress that comes with it down across the bottom. The mattress is fairly comfortable and seems to be well padded. The base support also seems to have good structural strength and we have no worries about it collapsing or falling over.Overall, our baby has enjoyed sleeping in the travel cot and it is a quick way to prepare a bed for him when on the move. The only difficulty that some people may have is actually placing babies into the cot or taking them out of it as the cot is fairly deep in size. Otherwise we have no complaints about the travel cot and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a travel cot that is structurally sound and easy to assemble.

It’s fine, but I suspect there are better models out there
Good* very easy to fold up and store* handle on the side makes it easy to carry* reasonably light weight* seems sturdy once assembled* it’s reasonably priced compared to some of its competitors (until you add in the mattress, if you need one)* very easy to assemble, once you’ve got the knack (which takes a few attempts)Not so good* the bottom is pretty hard. It seems to be ok for naps but I couldn’t quite bring myself to put my baby in it for the night without a mattress* the rustling sound at night is pretty annoying, but it’s ok if lined with blankets* it’s a bit ugly!Overall I would say I’m happy enough with it. I have nothing to compare it to, and I bought it because it’s the one everyone seems to get! It’s somewhere safe to put baby for two minutes of I need to answer the door and it’s ok for occasional use as a cot. If you’re going to use it frequently as a cot, I would advise you shop around a bit more for something more comfortable and less noisy. If you’re going to have it assembled in your living room all of the time for a safe place to play then you might want something a bit more attractive. It’s fine, but I wouldn’t specifically recommend it.

Sweet dreams are made of this
Excellent value travel cot. This is a full size model, which is nice and sturdy and comfortably accommodated my 21 month old nephew. It was very easy to put up and pack away, which was a bonus. Having read other reviews I bought an extra mattress to use with it (I went for the mother nurture quad fold which is fairly thin and easy to store) and was glad I did as although the cot base has some padding it could be softer. Having said that, you don't need a very thick mattress overlay to increase comfort for the baby, and ours slept very well in the cot. Would definitely recommend this.
