Awesome mastic gum for chewing, have tried a bunch of different suppliers. Most are overpriced and subpar, too soft.These however are perfect, just tough enough to chew to keep me engaged while I’m working out. Love these during a heavy lift session!10:10

More expensive than normal gum but it’s a totally different product - this is natures chewing gum - it’s legit. And you can re use it too. I add some rosemary sprigs in mind when I chew to get added benefit and it turns green. Well worth it. Amen.

What other people have written here is 100 % correct! This is impossible to chew! It will get stuck all over your teeth and gums and you will struggle to get it off. I returned the item and asked for a refund.

This is the real deal from Chios — you can tell straight away from the texture and that piney, slightly sweet flavour. I chew it daily to help digestion and for its oral health benefits, but I’ve also used it in a homemade liqueur and even in a skin balm mix. It starts off hard, like little resin pearls, but softens into a chewy texture once you get going. The pack was fresh, aromatic, and really clean — no weird dust or filler. If you’re into traditional Mediterranean remedies or just want something unique, this is brilliant.

Slightly pricey but chews well, my advice is to leave it in the mouth for a minute or two to let it warm up and then chew as it becomes a gum easier. Not much taste.

First piece I tried, ripped out my filling. Should come with a warning!Still giving 3 stars because if you don’t have fillings, I know it’s meant to be good for you - I’m sad the rest of my pack will go to waste!
