I had come across this flavor in a sampler pack I purchased from the Amazon and from the very first smell of the tea bag, I knew that I had just discovered something magical.... It proved to be so good that I went on a search for more. I am not a guy that usually spends a lot of money for my tea, but I made an exception on this one. It is rather pricey at around 7 dollars per tin, but the tins are reusable and also rather snazzy looking so it takes some of the sting out of the price.The tins all came nicely packed, no damage, and I absolutely love the little pyramid sachets rather than the typical paper tea bags. The tea in the silk pyramid sachets is actually a higher quality tea than the paper bags as well. It is a long leaf tea that is not all chopped up into a fine powder or pieces like most cheap teas are and that improves the flavor from the ones I got from the sampler.There is a definite caramel scent and flavor in it and when paired with the lavender, it is just something really special. Sure this tea (and all Harney and Sons tea...) is pretty pricey, but you really are getting what you pay for. It is much higher quality tea and unmatched taste! It is worth the extra money.

I ordered one tin just to see if I'd like this type of tea...and went through it very fast. This is the best black tea with these awesome subtle notes I've ever had. I was very unhappy I drank it so fast, ordered 6 more tins, and I'm sipping my way through very slowly....

My favorite tea for years! Always on a continuous order. A delicious black tea with black currant, vanilla, caramel and bergamot. Flavorful and perfect throughout the day.

I love the taste and smell of this tea. I hosted a tea party, with multiple tea choices, this by far was everyones favorite. I prefer hot, my husband enjoys it as iced tea.

I don’t know how to sum up this tea with a title. The aroma just takes me away to my relax place. Cold? Down? Raisiny day? This tea will transport you. Starting with the aroma that takes me to a bed and breakfast by the sea. The flavor is warm and comforting; No sugar or cream required. Perfect as brewed. I feel like dressing up in mommy’s clothes with a pearl necklace and a floppy hat to have my own tea party. I’m 60. 😊

love the currant flavors while a strong but not bitter blend. Makes great beverage hot or cold.

I first discovered this tea at a very unique tea house in Michigan where a friend and i had a private little tea party. I fell in love with the delicate flavors. Ive been a tea drinker since I was a child and have tried lots of teas. After leaving the tea shop with a tag from the sachet pouch the tea comes in I searched local tea shops for it only finding it at 2 specialty shops. Then I tried Amazon and ordered some. My husband tried it and now I order twice as much as he's also in love with it. I still prefer to order in the reusable tins with the sachets instead of typical tea bags. I do highly recommend finding a few china tea cups to enjoy this tea in as it just adds to the flavor. I always receive it in a reasonable amount of time and enjoy other flavors from Harney and sons as well.

Ok 1st I LOVE harney & sons teas! There are several that I must have in stock at all times! PARIS is my all time favorite! This is a special tea for me; it takes me back to Paris! I feel as though I'm in a little bistro sipping a beautiful tea! The smell is ambrosia! I keep refilling my tin from the 50 pack bag I purchased on the barney & sons site. It's funny, some are less expensive on Amazon & some are less expensive on the barney & sons site; I always check.The 3-pack was a good value; I gave 2 tins as Christmas gifts to friends. Everyone seems to love this flavor! I've really gotten into tea lately & this holiday was all about tea gifts; surprising how many people never think of giving a gift of tea to their friends. It's awesome to give to someone that has never used anything but the cheap tea bags, they truly enjoy the higher quality of what's available.I believe PARIS to be one of their best flavors!
