A tiny propeller generates pulses that are counted to measure volume. Works well and uses a button cell CR2032 that is easy to replace when needed. Excellent value.

Good, vary easy to install and just what I wanted to see how much water I used, and what is my tanks capacity.

Seems to work well. There are two displays: the top one shows the amount of water that has flowed in a recent period: it resets itself when the display turns off after about 20 minutes. The lower display shows the total flow since the last manual reset. I have installed this on our boat's domestic water pump to give an indication of how much water has been used since the tank was last filled. It works installed either way round: flow in either direction clocks up the display.

Brilliant bit of kit. I used it to determine how big my water tank was on a boat. Very accurate and very easy to use,

Was happy with this until the chlorine filter it was attached to split during the beast from the east cold spell. After removing it to use with a new filter discovered that the non working screen was due to the battery compartment being full of water.

I bough this to keep track of the water used in my irrigation system at home. Works perfectly and really easy to use, would definitely recommend.

Bought two of these and put them together on the same tap. One said 158 litres the other said 169 litres when I turned the trap off. Both started on zero

this meter seems to work as it should,i'm using it to measure kerosene from one tank to another, it does seem fairly accurate. the outlet being an ordinary hozelock tap fitting and the inlet somewhat larger which you may have to get from a plumbers merchant (i was lucky as ive got a box full of old fittings)
