Hi there, The product contains Sugar solution (85%), Invert Sugar Syrup (11%), Salt, Water, Natural Flavouring; Colour: Plain Caramel; Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. It comes in a recyclable plastic bottle, however I can't say what the plastic recycling number is. Hope this helps.

You replace the bottle cap with the pump. One pump delivers one measure of syrup

Q: How much do you need to use per 12oz drink?

It's all a matter of personal taste... I personally add a table spoon full but it's a case of finding your own amount
