whats the difference of using the grey multiliners to the black ones, color wise?

The grey is a medium grey, and is much lighter than the black. I use the grey for signing photographs where I don't want the stark contrast of black.

Which Cool Gray are these pens, and what are the individual pen sizes?

There is no color number on the pens and I no longer have the package they came in. They have a blue tint to the gray. Sizes 0.05, 0.1, 0.3 and 0.5. Glide over the paper beautifully.

What is the size of the nibs themselves and are they all the same size?

No they have corresponding size numbers on the caps like 5mm to 0.05mm.

What sizes are the grey ones?

They are probably the same size as Sepia. .05; .1; .3; and .5.
