Good product, no clue on durability but it’s certainly non slip. Painted two manhole covers which are in a path and we’re so slippery.Tip is to store the tin upside down so the grit is at the top when you open it. But still stir it well.Finish looks great and the paint is easy to apply.

ANTI-SLIP - GOOD BUT THE FINISH RESULT - POOR

I was a bit worried about the ability of the product to do it's job, as the area I was covering is a high traffic area. But it's been a few weeks and it is still looking good and doing it's job. I was quoted £479 to tile the area - but decided to paint it instead with this product. Well worth it

Avoid at all costs this paint takes around a week to dry which does not stay this in the description and when confronted over this they refuse to accept any responsibility for it and also Amazon will not do anything about it because the paint had been used
