Does not include the pillow. I was tired working lots of overtime to afford Christmas for my kids and gifts for my daughter who turned 13 three days before Christmas, and I missed it saying pillow COVER. I thought at the price point it had a pillow with it, but it didn't. Again, this was my fault, it does say throw pillow COVER, but just leaving that in a review incase someone else misses that.It's a very sturdy, durable, and teenage girl approved gift and pillow. She loves it, and so do I.Side note, dollar tree or what I now call the buck twenty five store, has fabulous throw pillows that I used for this. I bought 2 there for a more firm pillow feel, as my daughter requested. So for $2.50 & tax you can get pillows, so even with this throw's price point, it's worth it.I'd definitely order other products from them.
