I loved these hair ties so much and became so obsessed with them for work that I bought two more sets of them, one silver and then one black with colors. They make my pony seem so much dressier and I can twist it a few times without it being too loose that it won't hold my hair up. It's really easy to get the gold part to sit in the top of you hair because when you're done fastening it you can feel where the gold is and just rotate to make sure it's up in top and not to the side. They're very smooth and they don't snag. I don't have a picture of me in the gold one but here is me in the black one bc I think it will help to visualize.

These are cute and look good in my hair, but the gold color quickly rubbed off and changed my skin color greenish. They hold my hair well if I wrap three times, but then it is too tight, and wrapped twice is too loose. They work well for me to just pull my hair back for a short time.
