This is nice and big and fun to look at. So far my 9 month old isn't extremely interested but that goes for all her toys. I like playing with it and showing it to her. The individual beads are fun to watch go back and forth.

I wouldn’t allow a teething baby to chew on this just because as a new mom, I tried to buy on the wood and it does kind of chip and intense so I’m not sure to each their own with that. The size of it is OK it’s just a little heavy so be careful that they don’t drop it on their face and personally I think they should add some more beads. It is pretty sturdy and it doesn’t look like it’s gonna come apart, and I even dropped it on the floor to make sure

This is a cute rattle/shaker.. my granddaughter loves it. The only thing you have to watch is the ends are wood and your baby may hit their head.
