The products I received (14 vials) aren’t really long enough to see very noticeable effects since its recommended intake is 1 per night and two weeks worth is pretty short term. However I asked a female friend what she thought of them.She said they taste sweet (might be too sweet for some) and reminded her of the artificial cherry taste. She found them very easy to take since they are liquid. She said she thought they were ‘pleasant enough’ but didn’t feel they made much difference after two weeks.However, this supplement contains significant ingredients to improve skin and hair like hyaluronic acid, biotin, vitamin C, collagen, zinc, etc. Collagen and hyaluronic acid are the most substantial if you’re looking for anti-aging effects and in achieving younger, smoother skin and if longer term usage is affordable probably worth trying.

Supplements are an interesting business.... there's some very cheap stuff out there, and some very expensive stuff as well. I personally don't mind paying more for supplements. The reason is that yes, the cheaper stuff will give you the same dose of something as the more expensive stuff... But how do you know how clean the product is? Is it made in a factory with a million other things and is highly prone to contamination? Are you putting stuff in your body that you're not aware of? Are the ingredients they use pure? These are all valid concerns that you should have when you're putting stuff in your body on a daily basis.Having said that, £49 for 14 doses of something is by no means cheap. This is on the verge of luxury. I see there's a lot of reviews complaining about the price, but honestly, it's like complaining a Ferrari costs too much because a Vauxhall can also take you from point A to B for a fraction of the price. There are some fairly unique ingredients used in this and they seem to very uniquely sourced as well. The type of person who buys ALP products is the type of person who either cares a LOT about their health, or has enough financial security to afford this luxury. If you can't afford a product like this, then don't buy it. Very simple. I'm not going to act like I can afford something like this, this was sent to me as a review product, but I can appreciate that this isn't targeted at someone like me.It tastes quite nice, literally like downing fresh lemon juice. I've noticed a little bit of the liquid remains in the bottle, so I always put a bit of water in, swirl it around, and go for a second shot. For the price you're paying for it, you can't afford not to do this!After using all 14 tubes, I haven't noticed much change to my hair or skin... But I do take a lot of other supplemetns so maybe I wasn't deficient in anything. Or maybe this product takes a while to work?Overall, if you're happy to pay the asking price, you will not be disappointed with this product!

Item arrives in a pretty simple box, with tamper seal on and within 14 capsules in 2 rows of 7. Take them out, pop the lid and down goes a £3.60 shot (cheaper then a shot in london I suppose!) Taste wise it actually tastes fine with no lingering after taste which is good.Now onto the ingredients. It contains all the relevant ones targeted to improve skin, Biotin, Hyaluronic Acid, hydrolyzed collagen, zinc etc. It does also have a dubious Alpine extract which is not expanded on so hard to say. So in terms of ingredients it has the relevant ones. Now do not expect this to knock years off your age, rather in combination with a solid diet and taking general care of one self, may see a benefit adding this into the mix.Now onto the elephant in the room. This is one of those items where if you are buying them on a consistent basis, you have a decent amount of disposal income. At £50 for 14 days, expect to fork out £100+ for a month. What your paying for really is the convenience factor here having this combination of ingredients in a single dose to chuck down in the mornings. That and I imagine having that impression this must be high quality being produced in a german laboratory with swiss ingredients. The thing of it is, look around, can find similar levels of the ingredients but sold separately but it works out much cheaper.So in all, this item in combination with taking care of yourself will add to the mix. However it is not cheap and you can by doing some work look for items which give you the main ingredients for cheaper. What your paying for here is the convenience factor and evident quality push they are trying to get across.

This product has absolutely ruined my digestion, made my period very late, made me lose my appetite and feel full all the time and hasn’t even improved my skin!If you think it sounds dramatic about my period, that’s because it is. Search for the side effects of collagen and you’ll realise it’s happened to many others (early / late / messed up cycle). I wish I had known sooner. More fool me for only realising potential benefits.I have not had this problem with other collagen so I guess it shows it does SOMETHING even though it’s all been negative for me.What an expensive product and what a shame that I’m going to have to work on putting right what’s gone wrong. It doesn’t taste very nice either, for something that’s been designed to be nicer and more convenient to take, I slightly dreaded drinking it. It’s extremely sweet and artificial (and I am a major sweet tooth).Wouldn’t touch it with a barge pole. Do not recommend to anyone.
