It's a pull off the old one and gently push fit the new one. The outer rim fits over the round lip (you'll see this when you pull the old one off) then press down the pressure indicator on the top of the handle (the bit with the red rings that tells you when the cooker is at pressure) and fit the middle rubber "nipple" over the short rod on the underside of the pressure gauge.
