I have multi-york armchair and similar to this the castor has split. Will these fit and how do I get the old ones out.

The old ones should come out with a strong tug. It is then a matter of measuring the width and length of the shanks and comparing these with the dimensions of your proposed replacements to ensure that you have the right size. If you have a good match the new castor should push in to fit.

I've received mine and the are all facing the same way. Could someone confirm that they have had these as a set of 4, ie. two left and two right?

I bought 8 all of which were identical with no left and right handedness. Think that makes them easier to 'control'.

What is the length of the sleeve and stem?

Wheels fitted. Cannot remember the stem or pin sizes but fit for my purpose.

Product details describe them as good for a chair but are they good for a wooden double bed with a mattress plus the weight of 150 kilo (2 people)?

I canot say we bought 4 to put on an old singer sewing machine that was in a wooden cabinet and they took that weight ok
