Great power supply
Should have ordered UK one but have adaptersAlso should have had the need for this on the Proxxon tool.Works well and am happy I looked this up before.

Well made and durable.
Bought the sanding tool first, but was not made aware it needed the special power reducer to fit the connector. Solid piece of kit, but feel the customer should be given more information.

Works as advertised
Works as advertised but comes with a Euro-plug - ok for me as the foot switch I ordered with it requires a Euro-plug, but for those who don't have the footswitch it is an inconvenience. Overall quality is ok but looks a little cheapish.

used item instead of new, wrong plug
Worth noting the plug on this is an EU plug, not a UK one, the plug also came through bent, the case was also scratched and dented on the one I received. This was definitely not new

good solid engineering.
very rubust. dropped it a couple of times with no problems. i used it for the foam cutter but will now consider purchasing other attachments

Eu plug only
Good bit of kit, almost silent running. But it comes with a euro 2 pin plug not a uk plug. But dont bother sending it back because they'll only send one out with a 2 pin plug on it . I know because it happened to me. Better than a Dremel, I think.
