The size is perfect for your hand. I would recommend for teens to help with stress. So the ages 7 to 21. They feel really nice and are very durable. I only wish they could spin a but easier because the dont function smoothly.

This product is actually a lot more sturdy than I was expecting. Has some weight to it! It was dropped on a hard wood floor and it didn't break or chip. Has a nice, flat bottom that you can place on the table and then just give it a spin!
