Q: Can you place a camera privacy slider over this and still close the laptop normally?

May be worth a shot, however I’d be concerned of it protruding a little too much and potentially cause rubbing of the slider and the edge of the lower portion of the MacBook (on the bottom side of the trackpad) long term.

Q: Does the laptop still fully close? Other glass screen protectors have many reviews/QA's that say not to use glass screen protectors.

My wife’s still fully closed with a ‘shell’ style case.

Q: Will this work with a case installed? I'm aware that some tempered glass protectors won't allow for full lid closure if a case is installed.

My wife’s MacBook has a case and this protector works great. Although, her case is one that sort of snaps onto the back of the display and the bottom, so if you had a different style that overlaps the front of the screen or something (maybe leather) it may be a little too thick to close fully.
