I don't often write reviews, as essentially, shouldn't it do what it says in the description. Well we all know that sometimes isn't the case.However, within a day I did feel it improve my posture when just lounging around watching TV, etc. I had back problems many, many years ago and they can be inflamed when having poor posture.I had seen so many of these products from foam to weird and wonderful contraptions, but this seemed robust enough with simple setting changes.My only recommendation would be the inclusion of a 1 inch thick piece of firm foam for additional comfort. I happened to have some of this at home and it makes it much more comfortable if wearing socks, etc.

tried many different ones, this one is the best of all so far. it's very firm and solid. a bit pricy but totally paid off

Great quality, sturdy and perfect size. Just enough weight that it doesn’t slide on our hard wood floors, I thought I’d need a mat but didn’t need one. Easy to put together and the dowel is easily adjustable for height.

Empfehle ich gerne weiter. Sehr solide verarbeitet und wird seit dem ersten Tag genutzt. Ich schlage jetzt weniger die Beine übereinander, was der Durchblutung zugute kommt und besser bei Krampfadern / Besenreisern ist.
