Less waste and learned to have no leaks - this is a win
I got it in easily with lube, it feels a little strange putting it in and taking out but it only needs to be changed twice a day even with my heavy flow, however it did leak a little at first. It did not leak while using the bigger cup on day three since I had some practice by then. I did feel the product a bit inside at first but that goes away. Might cut the tail shorter since it is too long. It is easy to remove but is messy to remove so inside the shower or over the toilet is a must. I used a panty liner in my underwear rather than a pad incase it leaked a little and I recommend liners because it has to be inside really well for no leaks but it is possible for no leaks with practice. It takes washing it super well, I use a cleaner for it and super hot water you could boil it too before use and inserting means using lubing it and inserting it which is messy and you got to wash your hands very well before and after, it doesn’t take that long to put it in after dried and lubed and easier to take out. It is still worth it so I do not have to wear a bulky pad ever again. I don’t like tampons either so this disc allowed me to be able to swim safely with little to no leaks. I changed it every twelve hours and I had no tss symptoms. It’s not as quick as pads or tampons but I like being able to use no pads or tampons just a liner if needed for less waste and it lasts much longer than any other type of feminine product and you don’t feel it after some time and can swim in it. Sounds like a win to me.

Beginner-friendly, great value.
This is a great, affordable, beginner-friendly product! I really wanted to start trying reusable products, but I didn't want to invest too much to end up not liking it, so that's a great option to try it out, it's very comfortable, easy to fold, and insert.

Great reusable alternative
I’ve been a user of the menstrual cup for years and didn’t know too much about discs. They looked more difficult to use, so I didn’t bother to try. However, for me, the cup makes it difficult to pee sometimes and I office times had to remove the cup to do so. The stem of my last cup broke and I bought a different brand. This one was much worse when it came to peeing! I then decided to give the disc a try. It took about 3 times to get the hang of inserting it correctly, but once in, I didn’t feel anything. I have heavy flow, so this did leak for me, but I’m used to that with the cup too.Overall, the disc has a small learning curve for existing cup users who want to make the switch. I had no issues with peeing, and the only negative is that it was a little messier to remove.I also have a high cervix, so the stem is great for helping to remove.

love this disc!!
I started my menstrual cup journey a few years ago, purchasing the 2 pack of duchess cups from Amazon. I love them however I noticed that they intensified my cramps. I only get cramps the first day but they are pretty excruciating if I don't quickly get some naproxen into me.While on vacation I wanted to try something new however the only thing in stock at the pharmacy I stopped at was disposable discs. I grabbed a pack of the Flex brand to try. I noticed an amazing difference in my cramps however the disc was too big and I had a hard time keeping it tucked behind my pelvic bone. I decided to start researching discs and ultimately decided to start with a very small one. I chose the pack with one with a string and one with a loop. I sometimes have trouble getting ahold of my cup with the tiny little stem so I wanted to make sure it would be easy to get out. The first day of my cycle I tried to one with the string and while it stayed in place very well, the string stuck out quite a bit and made me feel like I was leaking so I decided to try the one with the loop next. At first, I had the loop sticking out which was very uncomfortable but I assumed if I tucked it in, it would be pointless. I was wrong! I tucked the loop in and was very comfortable. It also made it so easy to get ahold of and pull out without making a complete mess! I plan to cut down the string on the other to make it more comfortable. I highly recommend these discs! They are incredibly soft to the touch but the top is stiff enough to get it in place well. Good luck in your eco-friendly menstrual journey, goddesses!!

May work for some
Idk what to say ladies? I may have a funny cervix or a pubic bone that won’t hold? Or maybe my cycle is too heavy but idk where they get 12 hours from? I get to about 2 before I’m leaking onto my back up pad. This whole journey is annoying. I think we get hosed as women on period products and how expensive they are. I used to use tampons and I loved them but I worried about the health risks so I wanted to try cups and discs not to mention tampons are 15 dollars a box and if you’re a heavy flow girl, you spend a lot on the “pink tax”. Yayyy womanhood is so fun. Anyway, I think this disc is comfy, pretty deep and it has the tab to pull (I don’t) but if you need it, it’s there. Easy to insert but I find I have to change it as much as a tampon and at least with tampons it’s not a mess. I think removal is god awful and very inconvenient in public bathrooms without a sink toilet side. Idk if it dumps and you can keep going but I feel like that just makes it shift. If you have a light flow, I think you will be ok. But regular to heavy, fibroids, pcos, or the like, no ma’am. You’ll still need a big box of pads which defeats the purpose.
