Bought this after my original AirPod Pro case stopped working. Wouldn't charge and was just dead. Tried all the nonsense suggestions online. Waste of time.Inserted my AirPods into this case and it worked immediately. Didn't have to repair the case via Bluetooth either, which was weird. I always thought the case was kind of the connection point for the pods but obviously not.Anyway, if your AirPod Pro case doesn't work any more then buy this.UPDATE: Jan 2025 and this has now stopped working.....

Although the item itself works fine when you have it, I have had them for one month and they will no longer charge and as such are now useless, poor quality build

This product is a scam and doesn’t work. The Airpods don’t fit in the case so it doesn’t charge and doesn’t close. It is also impossible to connect to an iPhone, the iPhone doesn’t recognise it. Basically £30 wasted, don’t buy!

The case itself, the opening snap, the sensation on your hand, the weight is almost akin to the real product which is AMAZING. However I ended up returning this because the sensor within the case especially for the left ear pod was dodgy, so a few times when I put my earbuds in, the case didn't detect it and it didn't charge the earpod, so when I next wanted to use it, they have no battery despite being in the case which was frustrating. The same would happen when I take it out of the case, the earbuds doesn't realise it was taken out and doesn't automatically pair to my phone. I have to put it back in and jiggle it around and take it out again to get it to pair.This proved too much of a frustration so despite such a good quality case, I had to return it.I use the airpod pro 1 with this case. Lost my genuine apple case on the train.

I’ve now bought this case 3 times in a matter of weeks- I have a very clever puppy who’s like a ninja in accessing things which I thought were out of reach. He’s costing me a fortune in replacing my electronic items but at least the air pods were in my ears so he hasn’t managed to eat them too. So you could say I’m now an expert in this particular charging case. Well, it’s excellent, which is why I have gone back twice to replace the first one I bought. Really easy to use, paired no problem with my air pods at less than half the price of the apple case, has the usual display for how charged it and the air pods are. Feels slightly less chunky than the apple one but is robust enough. Just a shame it’s obviously so tasty to a weird little dog with a plastic fetish. (For anyone worrying about a dog eating the metal/ battery parts, I’ve managed to retrieve the case before he’s actually ingested the interior parts).

Before buying take note of this - as other reviews say, this product works great for a month or two then will randomly die. Do NOT buy for a replacement.

Bought this after losing my original case for my AirPods.Build-wise, they are slightly clunkier than the original of course, but still well built and sturdy.They worked well for the first month and a half however, had recently stopped working!I’ve not dropped the case at all and even have a silicone case for the case itself, but it doesn’t charge either by the plug or wirelessly anymore which is a huge shame!
