Well, it's a peg winder and it helps you to wind er! pegs. Makes restringing a bit faster, not an essential item but nice to have as a gizmo. Certainly more compact than my Dewalt drill albeit a tad slower lol!Regarding features, not sure what sound quality has to do with a peg winder but I have it 5 stars for that.

Lovely little item, really makes it a lot easier.

Much better than the cheap and nasty ones that you can get. Very slick action.

I've had no issues in terms of build quality with mine so far.My only grip with this item is that it's a one size fits all so while it's great for those big old Grover tuners on a Dean with space between them I do find that its fiddly and cumbersome when using it on my ESPs which have much more closely arranged and smaller form factor spurzel tuners which mean I find myself nudging the tuning pegs either side as I go.It's not a huge issue, it's still much faster than winding with fingers but since these are so cheap I'd have liked to have been able to buy one for small tuners and one for large tuners.

Good value - decent quality premium string winder manufactured by my favourite Ernie Ball my favourite string manufacturer. A player must have item at a great price.

Quality product, sturdy construction. Bit pricey for a string wonder/pin puller. This product won’t deform when trying to pull bridge pins. Any guitar geek would add to their gadget collection.

Not knowing what to buy I bought the cheapest. Using this definitely made string changes easier, but I’ve noticed that if you have slightly stiffer pegs the winder bends just a little bit too much
