This is overall a great deal for a gaming computer. The RGB lights with the remote is a good feature! It has a fast start up time. Loads programs and internet quickly! Great for gaming! Can run Games on high settings, no lag or frame dropping. The keyboard is good, great layout and RGB! The mouse is good, 2 Buttons and scroll feature with RGB! Comes with Bluetooth USB so you can connect Bluetooth with your Xbox or PS controller and use it for gaming on this HP!!!! The 2T storage is great for storing gameplay footage, save files, and other apps!!!! Overall great value. Can use Direct port Ethernet. Connected mine to a Samsung Curved Monitor and the graphics are very crispy!! You won’t want to play games on your Xbox or PS anymore. . .Cons: The Wi-Fi use is from external USB.

I purchased this refurbished Gaming Tower August of last year. Within the first week of receiving it, the Gaming Tower stopped working by not showing any display picture and would only show an all black screen; I worked with their customer service and troubleshooted that the issue was not the graphics card and was the entire mother board. After assessing the hardware issue they sent me a new refurbished tower and had me ship the defective one back.After receiving the replacement Gaming Desktop, it worked for roughly 2 and half months and then it - once again - stopped working with them same or similar issue. The display currently has thousands of green dots and the whole desktop shuts down completely if I attempt to watch any video or play any game.I started contacting this company in December informing them about the issues with the replacement Gaming Desktop, but I have received very little to no communication and responses back from them.Now the customer service department seems to be implying that it's been to long sense my initial purchase and they may not longer do anything to remedy the situation.With both Gaming Desktops they provided, I have only attempted to do the most basic functions and gaming, and both desktops broke almost immediately. This seems to be a defective product and I feel a Gaming Desktop should be able to run basic games for at least a few months without completely breaking down, even its refurbished.

i bought this pc last week and ive tested many games on this pc like roblox, minecraft, gta 4, gta 5, csgo, counter strike 2, fifa 23, fortnite, etc and they do well on medium to high settings getting 60 plus fps and you actually do get a 1660 super and 32 gigs of ram (shown in pictures), you can record games and other things with no lag at all and you can do many things in the background without slowing down the computer so overall it is a great pc for its price.

The computer overall fits my needs, one thing I have to say is the wireless adapter is terrible, constantly disconnects at this point just do not include the cheap USB wireless adapter with the computer.Overall I am happy with the purchase I am just going figure out if I want to spend the money on a good internal wireless add on card or spend the money to have a wire run upstairs to where my computer desk is.

bought this PC to play diablo 4 and Call of Duty. Consistent 60 fps. After 9 months, it wouldn't boot. I called the phone number to tech support that's on the sticker, on top of the tower. They assisted me in diagnosing the problem. One of the 4 sticks of memory went bad, but all is good again. Great price for a mid-tier gaming PC. Only minor issue I do have is that it will not support upgrading CPU to anything G8 or newer, therefore this PC will never support Windows 11

I bought this pc because I saw a YouTuber buy it it got good fps on fortnight and other games and it wasn’t expensive so I got it for a birthday gift but it was a complete failure I turned it on it said the fan was not found and it kept turning off every time I turned it on if u want to save money and time please DO NOT BUY THIS PC

This pc is not a gaming machine for current titles. If you want a hard drive that sounds like a 747 taking off then this the machine for you. You will get what you pay for.
