Is this OK in damp locations ?

This isn't marine grade plywood so I don't think it would stand up to damp conditions?

Would this be strong and thick enough to be the base of a coffee table come seat ?

i would say yes as long as the seat,s are not too big.but yes i have bout 2 sheets of this ply and it is of good quality . and 9mm is thick enough. hope this helps

How many ply is this ?

It is 6 ply, but the surface layer is about half the thickness of the other 5.

Would this be strong enough to use as a dog ramp?

I used this timber as a backboard for an activity board for a 12 month child. I'm not sure it will be long enough to reach from floor to car!
