Is this stainless steel? Is it a 2 tablespoon? What is the actual length of the spoon from tip of spoon to end of handle?

It is not stamped stainless steel. The length of the spoon from the edge to the end of the handle is 3.75”. I just measured it with water and it seems to hold 3 Tbs +. I always assumed and I thought it was labeled as a 2 tbs measure. I have the plastic one also. It’s easier to handle. Sounds crazy but it’s not a good grip the way the metal one is designed.

What volume does this measure - 1/8 cup? 1 tbsp?

The white one is plastic but I got the stainless steel one and I really like it.
