This is potassium aluminium sulphate, which is used as a mordant. It is not analytic grade (it has a slight yellow tinge, probably due to ferric iron), but that is not necessary for dyeing. It should be fine.

Q: Can i use it for food

We believe alum powder can be used in pickling recipes as a preservative to maintain fruit and vegetable crispness.

Q: Can I use it altogether with salt to brush my teeth?

Yes. That is how I use it to keep my gums in good condition. Mix salt and alum equal quantities and mix one teaspoon in a glass of water and use it to rinse my mouth

This is potassium aluminium sulphate, the original alum. It is not 100% pure, as indicated by its slight brown tinge: this is probable ferric iron, of no consequence in its use as a traditional food additive (as a pickle crisper, for instance).
