Is it ok to mix with protain powder? or Is there any other way to take you would recommend?

It's quite bitter so it would be good to mix it with something. You could sprinkle it on cereal or add it to a drink. But it will probably change the taste of whatever you add it to.

Does it taste like blueberries or blackberries? What can I cook with it?

It tastes nothing like gooseberries or blueberries, tastes like dirt lol but I put it in smoothies and no after taste. It does help to cleanse the body. Dont mix into water and drink as it is truly repulsive

It doesn't agree with me :(

I know this is a great, and healthy product. Unfortunately, it disagreed with my stomach. I could have overseen the awful taste, but once I drink it, it comes right back up! I'll try the capsules. I'm NOT disappointed in the product at all. It's my tolarrance.

TASTE TERRIBLE😁 MORINGA POWDER

I’m on my second packet because the benefits totally outweigh the taste! Initially it was just me and my eldest son drinking it but my husband has joined in because it gives us energy, amongst other things.This might sound “out there”🫣 but I’ve noticed that my husband doesn’t snore as much as he used to since he started drinking Moringa!I make it with slightly cooled hot water - about 2 mins cooled - then let it sit until it is stone cold. I drink it through a straw even though it is practically tasteless when cold😁 We have 1/2 teaspoon in a mug of water everyday and that works for us👍🏾 It helps us wake up refreshed after sleep. I think I’ll be drinking Moringa for the rest of my life😍

Made me sick

Me and my partner tried this for the first time, we mixed 1 tsp with some warm water and honey. We drank 2 mouthfulls and it tasted so bitter. It then made us both sick about 5 minutes after. Not sure why?

I wasn’t sure what to expect

After reading about Alma powder as recommended in Dr Michael Gregor’s book How Not To Age I wasn’t sure what to expect it certainly wasn’t as bitter as I expected from other reviews. I just mixed about a 1/3 of a teaspoon in a little soya yogurt and didn’t notice the taste difference at all. I think the package will last me a while but I have no hesitation in recommending it and will buy again. It’s worth buying the book as well but if your eye sight isn’t brilliant go for the kindle version as the print is very small and the book is big and heavy.

Pure, good quality. Mainly use it as hair conditioner along with henna. Haven’t used for consumption as a drink, so not sure what it tastes like.
