This guitar is exactly as the manufacturer describes it. If you are looking for something different and with good sound based on this price category, it could be a good option. It will sound as good as the amplifier it is connected to, although it transmits good sound unplugged.

The inside wood frame came unglued after a week. Also it is warped. Took it to a guitar store and they brought all this to my attention. Looks nice, sounds terrible. Very disappointed.

While I love this guitar as an acoustic, the electric features leave much to be desired. I purchased this for play in live settings, but learned soon after the purchase that the amplification would stop for no reason right in the middle of a song. It only requires that the cable be unplugged and reinserted, but this is very inconvenient when it happens mid song. Acoustically I would give this guitar 5 stars. Electrically I give it 2 stars.

Buy one in person so you don’t end up having to fix something right out of the box like I did.

Your expectations need to match the amount you are paying. That said it's great for it's price range. Sound is good, electronics are functional, tuner is great, and the strings that come with the setup are decent.
