How do I write a title review since this is not a working product?
I'm writing to express my disappointment with the product I received. The battery doesn't hold a charge, and the heat dissipates quickly, which isn't what I expected. Unfortunately, this doesn't meet my needs.

The heating mechanism and design is very bad
The loose metal plate over coil concept is terrible and messy. The plates are too thick and barely heat up. Minimal smoke. Tried a few other options before that were cheaper and better.

Very poor quality build, the usb connector cane off and the entire piece is useless.

Safety issues
I didn't like the exposed coil in the chamber plus the USB type C cable doesn't fully fit the charger inlet, so it part of it is exposed
