Very effective!
Great for dry eyes at night. I was putting hycosan extra drops in my eyes about 3-5 times during the night, and with these I can go the whole night after one application just before bed (I also use a microwavable face pillow to help open the meibomian gland ducts, but I was doing this already while using the hycosan extra drops). Occasionally I need one top up of moisture, which I do with the hycosan extra, because I can apply it easily in my bed in complete darkness and I think these would be tricky to apply without a mirror. So I'm very pleased with this product. It causes me no eye irritation at all. The gel does get a bit sticky by the morning, but it washes away when I wash my face or rub my eyes. This has helped a lot to eliminate the interrupted sleep I was having due to dry eye. Definitely worth giving them a try. One little vial lasts me about 5 days.

Really helps with dry eyes
I’ve been using these for about 6 months or so after switching from gel drops that came in a 10ml bottle. These seem more hygienic as they come in separate little vials. They work extremely well for dry eyes, and last all day for me. It is a gel so I’d recommend before applying to shake the gel down to the top of the vial before opening - I just use centripetal force like you would with a ketchup bottle 😆 one swing of your arm and they are easy to dispense. These are definitely one of the best dry eye drops I’ve tried.

Great price
I find these gel for dry eyes work much better than drops. They arrived well packed and on time.

Does what I needed so far
I was sold another popular night time product from a MECS clinic at a well known budget opticians as I was experiencing blurry vision in one or both eyes due to really bad dry eye overnight, whereby I'd wake up with that prickly sensation and I'd just know I I was doomed for the next one or two days. That product helped but I was still having bad days, probably once a week. None so far with this and I've even forgotten to apply the odd night - so I'm buying another month's worth because my pharmacy doesn't have it. I hope it continues to serve me well.I would say this could definitely be used during the day as well as it isn't so thick and doesn't really mess with your vision for long. Did the job when I desperately needed it as the blurry vision was making work difficult so what else can I give but a 5. It's a little pricey for a month's worth I guess but it's worth it for me.

Amazing
Why did you choose this product over others?:Wow I bought this due to the reviews about how much better it is than the bottle version. It’s so much thicker than my usual overnight gel drops. I really felt the relief instantly and my eyes didn't feel dry all the following day. It’s going on the subscriber and save

Easy to use when you know how
This product has been a game changer for me, it's the best product I have used for extreme dry eye. Looking at some of the other reviews some people are having issues with using the ampules, a problem I also had initially until I understood what I was doing wrong. Each ampule contains gel and 'air'. If you have an air bubble near the hole the gel comes out it will block the gel. What I have found works for me is to flick/tap the ampule until the air bubble rises to the top before opening the bottom. It's the same as if you were trying to clear air bubbles from a syringe when you're measuring out medication. Hopefully this explanation helps other users.
