Next Level Racing GTElite Lite Racing Simulator Cockpit- Wheel Plate Edition (NLR-E028)

This cockpit is really good. Took me about 3 hours to assemble. Instructions were adequate. This cockpit is very rigid. If you purchase one you’ll not regret it.

This is an amazing sim rig for the price!!... its rock-solid construction ensures that every nuance of the road can be felt through my force feedback wheel.. I also like the fact that it includes a mount for my Buttkicker gamer tactile transducer as well... the 2080 rails will allow me to seamlessly add a shifter mount, keyboard tray, monitor rack, etc. down the line as I see fit. The patented quick-adjust handles on the seat mount make it super easy to set the seating position... the seat I chose came with a slider base, but the handles on the NLR seat mount allow for further adjustment.

Considered buying a cheaper setup. Ended up ordering a Fanatec 8nm setup so I wanted to buy a comparable quality frame. This one did the trick. Excellent setup, really enjoy it. I actually used a cheaper seat (RCI race seat...$93) initially and have had no problems. May upgrade the seat later but glad I spent the money on a quality frame. Well packaged, not one scratch on anything. I'd suggest going to Wal-Mart craft section and buying some more felt to protect the parts that are adjustable. Next Level Racing provides some felt but I wanted to protect my investment.

Beautiful cockpit however, I am changing my rating from 5 star to 3 star. While I really think NLR makes a quality and they do offer good customer service it is difficult to recommend this particular unit due to the special T Nuts required.I reached out to customer service for more T nuts and was advised I needed to special order them from their supplier or purchase the $100 hardware kit NLR sells (which includes many other components not needed).One of the primary selling points of an aluminum profile rig is the modularity and customization however, if you require more T nuts than provided in the box (there are a handful of extra) they are challenging and expensive to acquire.The NLR FGT cockpit uses standard T nuts and I would advise purchasing that one, albeit more expensive OR looking at GT Omega (or other comparable brand).

This is a quality product and very sturdy. Everything need to assemble was included and the direction east to follow.

This is honestly an incredible package for an extruded aluminum rig. These were easily selling for double the price just a few years ago. Add a seat and you have the perfect sim racing platform that can be easily expanded for years to come. I personally added the integrated monitor mount to complete the experience and I'm extremely pleased. NLR hit it out of the park.
