Well made, great journaling topics to keep yourself accountable, great size for the gym
I’ve tried a handful of fitness journals over the years, but this one is hands-down the best I’ve used. The layout is clean, easy to follow, and actually helps me stay consistent. Simple and straight forward! No extra fluff
Ordered this for my son who wanted something easy to carry around and not flashy with a bunch of extra sections he wouldn’t use. Even though there are others like this that are lesser priced, I found that you get what you pay for. I appreciate how thick the pages are too. Overall, everything is very easy to write in.

This book used to be perfect, why did they change it?
I’m putting this edit right at the top of my review because they just changed how this book is made, and they changed a key feature. I’ve bought several of these, most recently in August 2024, and it’s no longer a 5-star book. One of my favorite things about it was that unlike other fitness journals, the spiral was the perfect size to keep a pen inside. Now it’s smaller, and my pen doesn’t fit. Now I have to shop for another fitness journal because my pen keeps falling off and it’s super annoying.Having said that, here’s my original review:Yes, there are cheaper fitness journals out there. Spend the extra couple bucks and get this one. On the outside, the cover is perfect - light yet stiff enough for writing on pages while standing - and the spiral is the perfect size for fitting a pen inside. Also, the band doesn't immediately become stretched out and useless like other fitness journals. On the inside, the line spacing is perfect, and it has just the right number of pages to make me feel like I've accomplished something big each time I fill up a book and buy a new one. Stop searching for the best deal & buy this one.

Great workout journal
Actually it is very organized and help you keep the record for your workouts, the paper is thick and seem good, the design is very nice with pages for habit tracking, body measurements, monthly tracking, and the main thing which is the workout tracker,So basically I believe they did it very nicely
