I find the powder version easier
To me 3 capsules a day is to much work, I find it easier to stir the powder formula into a drink or smoothie. The capsules are also quite large.

GREAT SUPPLEMENT
For several years my nails didn’t grow much and would break easily. I started taking this collagen supplement a little more than two months ago (only once a day), and my nails have grown and are so much stronger. When I accidentally bump them, they don’t break easily. I had one thumb nail break about three weeks ago, and I just glue it each time I do my manicure to give it more time to grow out.

Capsules are large.
If you have a problem swallowing pills these are not for you. I usually have no problem swallowing pills but these are big!
