Scratches on screen Upon opening it.
The media could not be loaded. The screen has scratches on it .Haven't tried it turned it on yet.

Dirty, defective battery and used (old) Mifi for the price of a new one
Straight from the box, the MiFi appeared dirty and used for the price of a new one. There’s a brown stain on the body and the usb charger too iis tainted with some dirty stuff. I have cleaned the device for Amazon. The screen is clearly scratched.The indicators on the screen for the battery and the network turn purple from blue. Manual says blue so no idea what the purple means as the manual is silent on other colors.Start-up and shut-down leave the finger hurting as you have to press the key really hard. The device powers on by itself during charging meaning it cannot be charged while shut down, making it difficult to determine battery health.Refund requested. I do not recommend this device. Pay more for something more reputable.

Worthless without a Sim card ! Could not find a Sim for it .

Unable to power on this device
I am unable to power on this device after removing from the box. I hooked it up to the charger and no sign of charging seen so far.

I don't know if this device is defective or not. I charged it overnight and still couldn't turn it on. Returned.
