Been using the Aldi version for years. They switched the button to a new style that creates no pressure to get soap out.This brush fits same heads. Has a button close to old style. Clean a round of dishes. Put it sponge down in holder. Come back hour later. Soap half gone leaked out.I think this must be one where you have to use handle down. Kinda gross to let water drop back on the handle but we can make do.Wake up this morning. All the soap has leaked back through the cap now.This never happened once with the Aldi version. Not happy I bought twenty sponges to store from the old version but only one handle.

This scrubber has held up great, only small thing is the black push button came off. I would order another one in a heartbeat.

**UPDATE**So I had used this brush almost daily and enjoyed every second of it; almost to the point of liking washing dishes. Crazy, right? Anyways, about 6 months in I noticed that the handle was slick and soapy when I'd pick it up. Thought maybe when the water was draining out that it was running down the handle, so I didn't think anymore about it. Another couple weeks go by and it was time to fill it again; handle still soapy. As I flipped it upside down to fill, I noticed the rubber button had began to separate from the plastic which was causing the soap to leak out and down the handle.So sort of an inconvenience because I haven't filled it with soap since; I mean, why when it's just going to leak out. I still stand by what I said to start; it's a good brush. Just sucks that I have all these replacement brush pads and I'm not able to fill the handle with soap. I'll just suck it up and run through these pads and when it's time, look for another brush.Original Review:Been getting tired of having dish soap leak from old wand (Scotch Brite) from either leaking from the bottom of the handle or just constantly seeping through the pad. With this one, the handle holds true and doesn't let any soap leak past the threads.The little button that is supposed to force soap into the pad ACTUALLY does what it's supposed to unlike others; pretty dang happy about that so I don't have to put soap on the pad to get it started. Also very happy it comes with so many replacement pads.VERY WELL DONE, Helime!

been using this for decades, does the job

I like the sponge/scrubber refills but the dishwand broke after a month. The rubber pump piece tore.

Kinda hard to screw up such a simple product, but Scotchbrite did with their "new & improved" design. I ordered this on a hunch and pleased to find that it is interchangeable with existing scrubber pads. Already used it a little and it sat in the sink for a couple hours without leaking. It doesn't wash the dishes on it's own, but what do you expect from a plastic stick full of soap with a sponge on the end??

I am on my second one of these wands in under a month. They do not last more than a few days to a week. The button for soap dispensing cracks (the first one) or pulls away from the wand opening the seal and creating leaks. It's a waste of soap and my money and I will not try a third one to see if I'm crazy or they are. DO NOT BUY!
