LEDs are within acceptable parameters- does neon glow well and charges glow in the dark "OK"- for this price it's a good buy. There are a lot of lights similar to this and we need to "weed out" the ones that are not good for either neon glow (like glow parties or for DJ's) OR charg8ing glow in the dark. It comes down to not just brightness or wattage but also the "wavelength" of light the LED's produce- anything between 365nm and 400nm is usually good for at least one or the other. Some are either way above or below that "color" or wavelength and there is no way to know until you plug it in.My unit is good- others who buy this should leave review if there fixture is also as good.

Theres nothing better you can get for $8. If you are looking for a very light, cheap black light that you can tape to the wall, then this is it. Nothing more. Works great for me, and is just bright enough to light up my room.

I've bought 3 of these, and I enjoy them because they work pretty well and they are cheap. There are two settings, a dimmer and brighter one, and the bright one is very vibrant. It is extremely lightweight and the only negative I can think of is that there are lines on the plastic of the light that create lines of different brightness when you shine the light (it is not one solid brightness because there are some beams).

Okay this thing is TINY .. I expected a bigger set up .. I thought only the light came with the box .. that’s how small the packaging was .. but the lamp itself is great .. just miniature

I just used it as a fun way to keep the kids entertained, family dance party in the living room, etc. so it has been great for that but it is definitely cheaply made. I dropped it from just about 2 feet off the ground and it already has small cracks in the plastic that covers the light, so that is disappointing but as long as you are careful with it then it’s great!

This little black light bar is absolutely FANTASTIC!You get so much bang for your buck. My friends at work and I are putting together some decorations and this far exceeded expectations. We bought another black light bar at a local halloween shop and it cost more and is not quite as luminescent as this one is. I wish I had purchased 2 of them! Would highly recommend, would absolutely buy again. Great item.

I bought two of these UV light fixtures and I love that they have two settings on them. Low light and high light and the switch is on the cord. They put out quite a bit of light for as small as they are. I hope they last a good while because I think there is no way to replace the light strip inside it. But so far I really like them. Even the fact that the inside light can't be replaced the entire light fixture is not much more priced than a black light florescent T-8 type tube. So they are a good deal for the price I feel.

This product did not work properly for me. The square piece that the usb plugs into that plugs into the electrical outlet did not work at all. I had to use my own Apple plug for it to stay on at all. The light itself is way smaller than I anticipated and is extremely light weight. The black light effect does work but will not cover a large area at all. This is a very cheap product. I do not recommend purchasing this.
