TL:DR: Sirayatech Sculpt is probably better but is harder to print. Long answer: It could work, but it would need to be cooled quickly, have thick walls, and may still deform. I used the ABS-like white for a cooling duct for my ender 3, and part of it that touched/got close to the 195 degree hotend deformed pretty quickly and with little pressure as I hadnt felt it happen at all as i was adjusting it. A resin that's intended for the purpose like sirayatech sculpt would likely be better - though it requires a warmer printing environment and can be a little difficult to get off of the build plate.

Q: What adhesives are recommended for parts made with this resin? Solvent adhesives?

I dont know about recommendations but I have used CA glue (superglue) with a kicker very successfully as well as 2 part epoxy. If done carefully you can use the resin itself as an adhesive, place between the 2 surfaces to be joined and use UV light to cure.

you can probably get 2 dozen minis from 500ml

No its exactly the same. Its only called abs like to mean its not as brittle as normal resin. Its not like abs at all really.
