Poor customer service. No resolution to air leak."30 day Easy return" "Amazon's Choice" is a joke!
I love the tub however every 3 days it needs to be reinflated due to a slow leak that we can't find. Trying to get in touch with someone to discuss the problem. The information that comes with the tub tells you to call a # but that # tells to call a different division who tells you to contact seller. Amazon doesn't handle the issue--they tell you to call another #. So far there has been no resolution. I will update this as the journey continues.FOLLOW UP-- After repeated attempts to work with seller we are stuck with a hot tub that must be reinflated every other day(difficult procedure) Seller is unwilling to stand by their product. DO NOT BUY THIS TUB!!!UPDATE and more details: If you have a problem with your spa, Amazon asks you to try to resolve the issue with the manufacturer...OK, that's reasonable. We went to the manufacturer's website and chose the customer service link which expects you to have registered your hot tub already. Then they give you a selection of problems to choose from....which doesn't include an air leak. So we finally called the customer service number and literally sat on hold for 29 minutes. Finally a nice lady came on line and we explained that we had an air leak that, even after following the trouble shooting instruction, we were unable to locate. This required us to repeatedly empty the tub, re-inflate it and the look for a leak with a spray bottle filled with soapy water. We explained that after trying this twice, we still could not locate the leak and all we were asking for was a new liner...that had been quality tested and did not leak. She was very nice, said she understood and agreed to send this to their resolution department. She also suggested we go to the "chat" option and explain our problem there as well. We did so. But it was all clearly AI generated and answered detailed questions virtually instantly....finally saying it agreed we had a problem and would send in for resolution....and promised we would get an e-mail soon. Never got that e-mail. After two more weeks we finally called again and sat on hold....only 21 minutes this time...explained the whole problem to a different person who said he did not have access to the chat record...and said they would not do anything unless we could find the leak and send a photo of it. All a run around. Bottom line, if you buy this product and it is defective, you have to fix it yourself. Finally called Amazon, explained all of the above to their nice customer service person in some foreign country....and bless their hearts, they made it good. This is why we buy from Amazon instead of direct.

Perfect Hot Tub !
If you're reading reviews and trying to figure out whether you want to take a chance on one of these inflatable spas, then just everything you've read that's positive about these spas, ditto. I love this spa. I have to admit I just watched the YouTube videos to set it all up. Like everyone says the directions are poorly written. I think the number one thing I like about this hot tub the best is the heavy duty cover that goes over the whole tub over and above the inflatable floating cover. My tub is outside and I break the direct sun with one of those sun shades ordered off of Temu. And I found a small one step plastic step stool from Lowe's for 11 bucks fits over the top of the heating pump unit perfectly to break any direct sun and the rain. I think the unit is pretty much waterproof but this little steps tool slips over the top of the unit so no water at all can get inside during rainy weather. It seems to heat up quickly if you leave that inflatable floating cover on it from day to day. We keep it about 99 to 100° and never have had it any hotter really, yet. After researching pooling on top of the heavy duty total hot tub cover, I started with a 12-in children's toy ball underneath and it wasn't enough. So now I'm using a blow up 24-in inflatable beach ball underneath the heavy duty final total tub cover and rain is draining nicely off now and not pooling. So I recommend the 24-in inflatable beach ball for sure! So not much else to say except totally impressed with this hot tub and I think it far exceeded my expectations!

Upgraded and better than the last one
I bought this spa to replace my previous one, which was the Miami. I had put my previous one in storage for about a year, and when I said it back up, the filter heater pump unit was leaking. According to our research, this is usually due to a failed gasket. Trying to fix this sounded like too much work for me, so I decided it was time for a new spa. I built a better substantial insulated base for it to sit on. This is important especially if you live in a colder climate to insulate it from the cold ground. I essentially built a sort of deck for the base layer, I used two by fours and then crossed over deck boards. I then used 2 x 2 insulation foam squares that I duct taped together. The top layer are insulated basement subfloor squares also 2 x 2. All of the insulation I wrapped in plastic sheeting before putting on top of the decking. This should help keep it warmer in the winter. I left my last spa running year-round, even though I live in New England and it seemed to hold up just fine. This newer version claims to have an upgraded and more insulated Filter heater pump system. As long as the power goes out and it is constantly running there should never be a problem. This one definitely feels thicker and higher quality in terms of materials than the last one. It is slightly wider and deeper than the Miami as well. a couple inches difference in depth doesn't seem like much, but I am definitely noticing and appreciating it. I am also liking the new insulated cover. It is kind of like a blanket. It is somewhat of a hassle to take on and off, and I kind of wish it was just attached to the other cover, but I'm sure come winter I will really be appreciating the extra insulation. I like that it goes down the sides as well. Definitely impressed with the initial quality and enjoying it very much!
