Do not buy this product
Please don't purchase this item. I purchased 4 bags total and really wish I had read the product reviews prior to buying. It was a waste of money. Not one seed grew. In addition, the package is too small for the amount of money you pay and it arrives with no instructions at all. Just a clear plastic bag with seeds. The seeds are dead. I honestly hope that Amazon will look at the reviews of this product and remove from their selling list.

Zoysia Grass Seeds?
This Zoysia grass seed was planted 4 weeks ago and nothing has grown. The seeds were planted on 4 inches of top soil and I have been watering them 3 times a day and still nothing. Having been a home owner for 50 years, I don't believe that I have ever encountered Zoysia grass in seed from, and due to this, I am wondering what was actually in the pack of seeds that were sent to me.

Drought tolerance
I’ll know much more in a season. Seemed to have low germination success, but did notice it had some slower to germinate. Hopefully in a few weeks I’ll see more.

Hard to find in stores, priced well. Ease to put down. Seems the germination as stated.

too little for the $$
The cost per coverage is not worth it. When I planted the first year I kept having to fill in. I have a 90 square foot section of grass and had to buy more seed. Did not really like the look of this Zoysia compared to what I replaced it with. Other Zoysias seemed to choke out weeds, this one seemed to help the weeds.

Dead. Non-viable. Ripoff.
Yeah ... this is a complete rip off. I have a degree in Biology with an emphasis in Botany. I tried planting these seeds in four different lawn settings AND in a controlled germination bed. Nothing. Normally, you get some germination even with very old seeds. These are essentially dead.

Nice seeds
This isn't something you can just put down in the ground and it will grow. You need to know how to grow it from seeds, probs lay in a greenhouse setting first.
