Oh my god these are a LIFESAVER! I am 44, weigh approx 180 lbs and have taken up jogging as a hobbie. These are HEAVEN after a long run, or after my strength training sessions. They feel so good, light compression, cool down in the freezer in an hour and offer 30-45 min of cold compression! Not to tight, easy to get on and off!

These are great for knees or elbows. I just wish they stayed colder longer. They are cold about 10-12 min and I like to ice for 20.

These are amazing. They are very light weight and freeze quickly. Best part - i can walk while my knee is wrapped up! The only drawback is that because they are thin they warm up quickly, but with 2 of them it works.

These arm/elbow ice packs are great! The sizing chart helped a lot to understand which size to get. When I leave them in the freezer overnight, they get super cold and stay cold for a long time! I would definitely recommend these!
