Great knife, good price
My wife and I both use the knife for home use. We liked the first one we bought so much that we got a second one. They have retained their sharpness very well. The handle is sturdy and big enough to get a proper grip on it. For the price, we feel like they are an excellent choice. We have some other Green Pan products (pan, etc.) and are very happy with the overall quality of the products from the Green Pan brand. The eco-friendly aspect is also welcome.
