This works well and is very helpful when I need longer battery life.

It does not connect to the headphones when you plug them in. Sound still just plays out of the phone.You have to remove the Charger Case to use the headphones.Update:The customer service team contacted me to try and solve the issue and they were fantastic. It is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a customer service team and it is a real shame we couldn’t find a solution to the problem.They did refund me for the purchase and I will 100% use them in the future when I get myself a new version of phone.5/5 for customer service.

Easy to use - keeps phone charging whilst out working. Great quality

Doesn’t provide 160% as boasted. It doesn’t even provide 100% charge. So much for being 8500mah can’t be more than 3000mah very disappointed with my purchase.

it's get hot , feels heavy , does not charge phone and powerbank simultaneously when charger connected. so phone can be still low battery even powerbank charged, also i received screen protector totally cracked

Item stopped working after two months however company reached out to me and sent replacement for free so good customer service. Will update again if this one doesn’t last but would recommend based on the customer service
