This sublingual Magnesium is the best and it’s also sugar free, with no bad aftertaste. My husband even takes it and we are on our fourth bottle. With quick absorption under the tongue it absorbs much faster than a tablet would and the benefits are worth the switch.

I’m not totally sure about this yet. I think it’s fine- but absolutely needs shaken! It does say this on the bottle.The nutrients seem to settle at the bottom so there is definitely separation if you don’t shake before every use.There is not much of a flavor at all. It is a bit chalky if taken alone, but mix a well in liquid.I do like that I can give it to my children (it has dosing for kids/ages) in just about anything without them knowing.

I purchased this sublime to at the end of 2023. It’s very cloudy substance. Even if deleted with water VERY sweet. I can’t imagine that vanilla extract gives that level of sweetness without much of a scent. There no effect on my digestive system . Zero. Waste of $

This product helps with all my muscle cramps ,sleep, and even regulated me. Thank you for making a great product. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs help with muscle relaxers, sleep, or heart health also.

This is a freaking miracle! My whole family takes it and I’m FINALLY not waking up at 3 and staying awake. I’ve tried so many other brands. I’m telling everyone about this one. I still wake up to go number one(haha) but I go right back to sleep. Just get it and have a good life again.
